Shipping policy

1. Standard Shipping

We offer one standard shipping method for all orders.

• Domestic: Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days.

• International: Delivery times vary by location, generally arriving within 7–14 business days.

2. Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is in transit, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number to monitor its progress.

3. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Align Cases is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to coordinate a re-shipment.

4. Customs & Duties (International)

For international orders, any supplemental fees (including customs, duties, or local taxes) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Support
