We want you to love your Align.Cases purchase. If you're not satisfied, please email us at poison7media@gmail.com to request a refund.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but we generally cover issues related to:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Wrong item or phone model received

  • Customer satisfaction concerns

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be shipped back to us. Return shipping is required before a refund can be issued.

Please include your order number and reason for the request in your email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
